Reservation and payment:

-To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit, as specified by the Company, is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified before the start of the trek.

Cancellation and refund:

– Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Company.

– The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where the Company cancels the trek due to unforeseen circumstances.

– In the event of cancellation made by the Participant after the indicated due date, no refund will be made for the remaining balance.

Trek route and changes:

– The Company reserves the right to modify the trek itinerary due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of the participants.

– The Company will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative itinerary or date in the event of significant changes.

Health and Fitness:

– Participants must be in good health and physical condition to undertake the trek. It is your responsibility to inform the company of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to the trek.

– The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to people who are not in good physical condition or who present a risk to their own safety and that of others.

Travel insurance:

– Participants must have comprehensive travel insurance covering trekking and outdoor activities. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Company before the start of the trek.

Code of Conduct:

– Participants must follow the instructions of the hike leader and guides at all times for their safety and that of others.

– Respect for local customs, cultures and the environment is essential. Littering and harmful behavior towards wildlife or local communities is strictly prohibited.

Liability and release:

– Participating in hiking and outdoor activities carries inherent risks. The Company and its personnel are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or other inconvenience suffered by the Participant.

– Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the trek, thereby releasing the Company from any claims arising from their participation.

Photography and Marketing:

– The Company may take photos or videos during the trek for promotional purposes. Participants authorize the Company to use this material without compensation.

Force majeure:

– The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political instability and acts of terrorism.

Applicable law :

– This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
